This Urban Outfitters lamp is quirky, not kitschy…and the best part: it’s only $30.
I could just picture this Jonathan Adler vase overflowing with some deep purple pansies -- a perfectly royal arrangement, no?
Has anyone else noticed the big "tea" trend of 09? I've noticed tea motifs everywhere and I love it. There are few things more comforting than a big cup of tea after a long day. What's that I hear? Oh, that's just every female in my family voicing their approval. (I've long been the holdout in my mom, aunt and grandmother's six-time a day tea habit...no more.)
Anyway, I'm totally digging the "One Lump or Two" lamp from Anthropologie. Also cute are the teacup hooks at Urban Outfitters. A trio of these mounted on a kitchen wall, would be the perfect spot to hang your dishtowels, potholders and aprons.
Finally, what better way to welcome April showers than with this witty "Waterproof Wellie" vase from Czech artist Maxim Velcovsky. I would fill this with multi-colored tulips and place it on a porch or stoop, right next to your front door...well, if I had a porch or stoop I would. Not comfortable leaving a $240 vase outside? It would look just as lovely in an entryway.
