My inspiration for this room is the, dare I say "Spartan" bedroom of Greek artist Stephen Antanakos featured in the March 2008 Elle Decor. Although it's definitely not the type of room I'm typically drawn to, I have to admit this is a completely authentic rendition of many of the interiors I saw in Greece. From the emphasis to on light and Aegean blue to the refreshing lack of clutter. Antankos' room has just what he needs (a few books, art, a place to read, and an unfussy bed), and nothing more.
